You must be at least 18 years old to use BossBrawl. We take age verification seriously, and if we discover you're underage, your account gets terminated immediately. No exceptions.
When creating an account, you're responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your credentials secure. If someone accesses your account because you shared your password or left yourself logged in, that's on you. We're not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your account.
Don't use the platform for anything illegal or harmful. This includes attempting to hack, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, harass other users, or engage in fraudulent activity. We monitor for suspicious behavior and will suspend or ban accounts that violate these rules.
You can't create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse promotions. Don't try to reverse engineer our software, scrape our content, or interfere with the platform's operation. These actions can result in permanent bans and potential legal action.
BossBrawl operates on a points-based system. Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other users. Gaming outcomes are determined by algorithms and random number generators designed to ensure fair play.
We reserve the right to void games, adjust point balances, or reverse transactions if we detect errors, technical glitches, or rule violations. While we strive for accuracy, mistakes happen, and we'll correct them when identified.
All content on BossBrawl – including games, graphics, text, logos, and software – is owned by us or our licensors. You're granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment. You can't copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.
BossBrawl is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the platform will meet your specific requirements. Technical issues happen, and while we work to minimize them, we're not liable for losses or damages resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability won't exceed the amount you've paid us in the past twelve months, if anything.
We can suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, suspicious activity, or at our discretion. You can also close your account whenever you want through your account settings. Upon termination, your access ends immediately, and any accumulated points are forfeited.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of New Zealand. If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
